You’re unique, and we value that. As a Software Developer, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

  • Participate in an Agile environment where we aim to learn and grow together while we deliver awesome results for the business and our amazing customer base;
  • Produce, review, present, and refine system/sub-system designs, roadmaps, decision and risk registers in accordance with appropriate governance structures;
  • Code, test, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot programs utilising the appropriate infrastructure, database, and programming technologies;
  • Provide leadership in programming, assisting leaders, testers, and other team members as needed to determine and solve system problems;
  • Participate in continual improvement of our culture, systems, processes and tooling including self improvement.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Senior level experience, having excelled in designing, developing, deploying and evolving applications in a complex technical ecosystem (C# .net, Typescript, React, Windows Service, MSSQL and Azure preferred);
  • Flexibility to work with and through requirements that vary from high level ideas down to specific tasks;
  • Ability to gain consensus on approach to problems;
  • Strong self-organisation and time management skills, and the proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Adaptability to work flexibly and able to quickly adjust in response to changing circumstances;
  • Commitment to self-development;
  • Solid communication skills, encouraging idea sharing and actively contributing to team morale;
