We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support by understanding customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Work independently and within a team to provide exceptional customer support for all BESTMED products
  • Responsible for supporting pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers to enable them to maximise the use of BESTMED platform
  • Identify opportunities to improve client services and make recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Meeting Support SLA
  • Ability to participate in flexible shift work day, night and overnight (additional allowance given)

About you:

  • Proven experience in a customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in common IT Office application (Microsoft Office, Collaboration, Ticketing system)
  • Experience in the industry or in BESTMED platform is a plus
  • Experience in pharmacy and using MMS is a plus
  • Technical and SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to complete a National Police Check
  • Willing to work in flexible shift work day, night and overnight (additional allowance given)
