About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our centre, ensuring excellence in education, compliance, and community engagement. You will lead a team of dedicated educators and create a warm, engaging environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Develop and implement innovative educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with families, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage enrolments, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient centre operations.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s growth and well-being.
About You
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate.
