Your Role: Drive Growth, Build Success

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the catalyst for expanding our broker network and unlocking new lending opportunities. Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll coach, guide, and partner with brokers—helping them thrive while hitting ambitious revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Forge and nurture strong broker relationships across our full suite of mortgage products.
  • Deliver a game-changing experience for brokers and their clients—providing fast, seamless support on loan inquiries, applications, and existing loans.
  • Own and manage a high-energy sales pipeline, actively converting leads into wins.
  • Educate brokers on lucrative loan opportunities, positioning them for long-term success.
  • Contribute to innovative business strategies that enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management.
  • Deep expertise in mortgage lending and third-party intermediary channels.
  • An extensive network of broker relationships and the skills to expand it.
  • A history of smashing revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian housing market, lending regulations, and financial analysis.
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
