The Role

Reporting to the Manager – Funds Management, this role supports the Funds Operations team to ensure the needs of existing and new investor clients are met.

Key Activities

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in managing numerous types of property debt funds and individual investments for investors
• Fund reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Individual investor reporting
• Preparing investment memorandums for investors
• Financial transaction processing
• Analysing financial information and interpreting results
• Maintaining investor and investment database
• Collating data, assisting in monthly investor reporting, and updating progress reports for different types of investments
• Preparing investor notifications and analysing investment data
• Daily investment activations and repayments processing

Skills and experiences you’ll bring to the team:

• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or another quantitative field
• Around 3 – 4 years’ experience working in financial services, ideally within fund accounting and/or funds operations, or similar
• Currently undertaking CA/CPA, CFA or equivalent further studies
• Strong quantitative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking, time management
• Good understanding of numbers and a proficiency with accounting concepts
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems independently
• Financial modelling interest/capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Excel in particular
