Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The role:

The Supporter Relations Officer provides exceptional donor care for Redkite supporters, by ensuring donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner and donor queries are resolved as quickly as possible.

This role is responsible for the processing of direct mail responses, direct deposits and other donations along with the coding of online donations, maintaining of accurate records within the Salesforce database and issuing tax receipts to Redkite supporters. This role will engage with Redkite supporters through various channels to enhance the supporter experience with the organisation.

This role will also manage the regular administrative tasks such as daily banking reconciliation, printing and management of receipts and sending of fundraiser information pack.

About you:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry skills.
  • Experience in office administration and / or data entry work.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in CRM usage, preferably in Salesforce
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member of a high performing team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Supreme organisation skills and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks to meet competing deadlines in a professional and confident manner
