The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the ESG Coordinator will support key programs across climate action, inclusion, social procurement, and sustainability reporting. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and industry partners to coordinate initiatives, maintain ESG data, and support compliance with reporting frameworks including Climate Active, UN Global Compact, and the WELL Equity Rating Tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ESG reporting, compliance activities, and industry engagement
  • Track and maintain data for internal and external ESG reports
  • Support delivery of social impact and wellness programs
  • Assist with communications, tender submissions, and event logistics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ESG messaging
  • Provide admin and project support to the ESG Specialist and P&C team

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Communications or similar
  • 2–3 years’ experience in admin or coordination roles, ideally in ESG or corporate responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • A genuine interest in ESG and social impact initiatives
