SensesWA is a leading not-for-profit organisation with over 128 years’ history in providing disability services in Western Australia. Our purpose is to build capacity by providing comprehensive services, specialising in sensory loss, positive behaviour support and children’s therapies.

An exciting opportunity has become available to shape the future of digital service delivery as our Salesforce Administrator.

This is more than a system admin role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of digital service delivery at one of WA’s most respected disability service organisations. You’ll be working at the heart of transformation in a collaborative, purpose-driven team where your ideas matter, your skills will grow, and your work will directly impact the lives of people with disabilities across Western Australia.

This is a fixed-term position for two-years.

To ensure your success in the role, you will have:

• A Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Demonstrated experience configuring and customising the Salesforce platform (ideally 3-5 years).

• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.

• Experience with Salesforce and other software integrations.

• Experience in user support and training.

• Experience with PowerBI.
