October Promo Terms & Conditions

About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. All new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
   • 4 months free when you sign a 12 month agreement. 
   • 9 months free when you sign a 24 month agreement. 

(the “Promotion”).

Eligible Participants may apply the benefits of the Promotion across multiple Employment Hero products and services.

3. The Promotion will begin on Wednesday October 1, 2025 and conclude at 11:59 EST Friday, October 24, 2025. (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. The Promotion is open toall new customers that sign up to Employment Hero during the Promotion Period.

How to qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
   • not be a current Employment Hero customer or Humi by Employment Hero Customer
   • be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
   • Subscribe to the relevant Employment Hero HR and/or Payroll plans (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month or 24-month term; and
   • be a registered business in Canada

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

7. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from the date of signing the customer agreement and for the first 12 or 24 months based on the eligible Promotion.

Restrictions

8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

Other Terms and Conditions that apply

9. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions. 
11. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

12. Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. (See pricing page at https://employmenthero.com/en-ca/pricing/ for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
