About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
- As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward detailed below (Promotion).
- The Promotion will begin on 5 September 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 10th September 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter the Promotion?
- The Promotion is open to all qualifying Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period. (Eligible Participant).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- be a current Employment Hero customer;
- be based in Australia and
- submit a completed Employment Hero Intelligent Payroll & Communications survey during the Promotion Period;
Reward
- There will be 5 winners drawn who will each receive an AU$100 gift card.
- The winners will be drawn on 29th September 2025 and notified during that week via email, using the details collected by Employment Hero from the winning Eligible Participant in the survey.
- The reward will be delivered to the winner via email after the winner has been contacted.

- Any personal data Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
- The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
- The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
- Laws may apply to Eligible Participants or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
