What You’ll Be DoingGenerate New Business
- Make a high volume of outbound calls (150+) each day.
- Connect with decision-makers and start meaningful business conversations.
- Book qualified meetings for our clients.
Work With High-Growth Startups
- Manage outreach for multiple technology companies.
- Learn about different industries, products, and buyer personas.
- Adapt your messaging to help each client succeed.
Qualify Sales Opportunities
- Identify prospects that match each client’s ideal customer profile.
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover business needs.
- Ensure meetings are well-qualified before handing them off.
Stay Organized
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Schedule follow-ups and manage your daily pipeline.
- Ensure every opportunity receives consistent attention.
Learn & Grow
- Collaborate with teammates to share ideas and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting
- Available to work from our Vancouver office.
💰 Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings: $85,000–$95,000
