From hitting KPIs and managing labour to creating a great customer experience and keeping operations on point, you’ll own your store and its results.

We’re looking for someone who loves retail, knows how to bring out the best in people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.

Why Join Us?

  • Continual learning, cross-training, and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Manager bonus program.
  • Store tips, distributed based on team preference.
  • Access to a competitive health benefits program.
  • Employee incentive programs and social events.
  • The opportunity to lead your own store, develop a great team, and make a visible impact on the business.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Support employee development and identify opportunities for team members to grow.

Drive Store Performance

  • Own your store’s sales, KPIs, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Review sales results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve sales, customer retention, and store performance.
  • Manage labour scheduling, payroll, expenses, and other controllable costs.
  • Take ownership of results and proactively address performance gaps.

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Maintain strong standards for merchandising, cleanliness, organization, inventory, and overall store presentation.
  • Manage inventory, cash controls, and loss prevention processes.
  • Ensure the store is appropriately staffed and scheduled based on business needs.
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, training, and operational changes effectively.

Create a Great Customer Experience

  • Build a customer-focused culture and set the standard for knowledgeable, welcoming service.
  • Ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Coach employees on customer engagement, product knowledge, and responsible cannabis education.
  • Address customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively.
  • Support local initiatives that build customer loyalty and strengthen the store’s presence in the community.

Own Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure the store operates in full compliance with provincial cannabis regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and responsible environment for employees and customers.
  • Ensure required operational, health and safety, and compliance processes are completed consistently.
  • Identify risks early and take appropriate action to resolve concerns.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience, with 1–2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing day-to-day retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs, labour, inventory, and customer experience.
