Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Office Coordinator will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that all employees have the resources they need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting on expenditures
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure that all office technology is functioning properly
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including company meetings and social events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
