Your Opportunity

Financial Modeling Prep is seeking a driven and organized Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our growing team. This role is central to expanding FMP’s reach through affiliate and influencer partnerships, while also providing operational support to the broader sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a network of affiliate partners and content creators, driving traffic and conversions, and ensuring partners are engaged, up to date, and performing effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Management & Recruitment

  • Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners, including processing quarterly payouts and conducting regular check-ins to review performance and communicate new product features
  • Research and build targeted lists of prospective affiliate partners
  • Develop and execute outreach plans to recruit new affiliates, tracking progress at each stage
  • Manage the onboarding process for new affiliates, including sending and coordinating partnership agreements

Influencer & Content Writer Management

  • Manage a portfolio of active writers and bloggers, including conducting market research to identify trending topics and collaborating with writers on content direction
  • Review blog post drafts, provide structured feedback and comments, and verify proper use of UTM tracking links
  • Monitor individual content partner performance using portfolio tracking sheets and approve payments upon milestone completion
  • Research and recruit new bloggers and content creators, building prospect lists and managing outreach pipelines
  • Stay current on emerging trends across social platforms to inform content and partnership strategies

Sales Team Support

  • Provide operational support to the sales team as needed, including pulling sample data sets, performing user reconciliation, and preparing renewal agreements and initial quote drafts
  • Manage the end-to-end Automated Renewal System (ARS) manual process, including filtering leads through Retool, identifying business domains focused on investing, uploading prospect lists to Pipedrive, and monitoring blocked user accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar) is a strong asset
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, UTM tracking, and content performance metrics
  • Interest in finance, fintech, or financial market data is an advantage
