Financial Modeling Prep is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is key to driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, as well as building strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to expand our customer base and contribute directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to new leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential fit with FMP’s products and services
• Conduct research on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospects and Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to outreach and lead conversion
• Continuously build product knowledge to effectively communicate FMP’s value proposition
• Provide feedback from prospects to help improve sales and product strategies

• Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of document management systems (asset)
• Basic accounting and math skills for invoice preparation and budget drafting
