Our journey began with the Lakeview Legacy Community Foundation, later known as the Small Arms Society, which led the successful effort to save the historic Small Arms Inspection Building (SAIB) from demolition. Today, CreativeHub 1352 serves as the lead tenant and programming partner within this unique community space and continues to expand its reach, impact, and programming opportunities across the city.
