We are searching for a Resident Experience Manager to join our Faubourg du Mascaret team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

• $58,000–$66,000 annually. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Candidates with 3–5 years of directly related experience may be considered at the higher end of the range.

About the Opportunity

At Shannex, resident experience goes beyond hospitality. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence how residents live, connect, and thrive every day. As the Resident Experience Manager, you will lead hospitality, housekeeping, and dining services operations while creating an exceptional living experience for residents and their families.

• Leads initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, engagement, and overall quality of life within the community.

• Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service;
• Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices;
• Ensures new residents experience a welcoming and seamless transition into the community.
• Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team. Accountable for management and performance of both departments;
• Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department;
• Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
• Champions a culture of exceptional customer service and resident-centered care.
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Promotes resident engagement through collaboration with community teams and services.
• Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

• Post Secondary education or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education;
• Bilingual in English & French

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, food & beverage, customer service, recreation, healthcare, retirement living, or a related service-focused environment.

• You are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for seniors and fostering a culture of service excellence;

• Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.
• Experience in retirement living is an asset
