Title: Reach Operator – Production

Location: Mississauga ON

Wage: $20.00/ hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7 am to 430 pm

We are building our candidate pool for an upcoming full-time Reach Truck Operator opportunity with our client. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who enjoy a combination of equipment operation and inventory responsibilities. In addition to operating a reach truck, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Job Duties:

• Operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the production/warehouse facility
• Complete scheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by comparing physical stock to system records.
• Replenish inventory and ensure products are stored in designated locations.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
• Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to support daily operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Reach certified
• Minimum 1 year experience
• RF scanner experience
• Cycle count experience
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Willing to be off the forklift to perform some duties
• This is production facility
