Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources is a strategic member of the leadership team and responsible for providing expert advice, oversight, leadership and support for the human resources activities of the university including recruitment and retention, labour relations, training and development, policy development, conflict resolution, human resources reporting, management support, and compensation administration and oversight. The position is a strategic partner with the AVP, VP and President portfolios and provides guidance and support on HR policy development and implementation.
