Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Services Officer – Accounts Payable is responsible for the processing, balancing and payment of all invoices and payments owed by NSCAD University. This position is a key component of our internal control structure. The FSO – AP issues weekly cheques, ensures that all purchase orders are up-to-date, posts all invoices and determines when to pay bills and whether or not spending is properly authorized.
