Helping People Through the Moments That Matter
Travel doesn’t always go according to plan.
Flights get cancelled. Weather disrupts plans. Connections are missed. Things don’t always go as expected.
When that happens, our customers need more than someone to answer the call. They need someone who can listen, understand what matters most, and confidently guide them towards a solution.
As a Travel Consultant, you’ll help our customers book, manage and modify their travel arrangements while delivering the exceptional service they expect. Whether you’re helping a customer rebook a flight, adjust hotel reservations, navigate a travel disruption, or maximize the benefits available to them, you’ll play an important role in turning stressful situations into positive experiences.
This isn’t just about booking travel. It’s about building trust, solving problems, and making customers feel genuinely supported when they need it most.
If you’re someone who loves helping people, communicates naturally, and can stay focused when things get busy, we’d love to meet you!
Why You’ll Love Working Here
At Cloud5, we believe great customer experiences start with great people.
We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support you need to succeed, even if you’ve never worked in travel before. You’ll develop valuable customer service, communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills while working alongside a team that genuinely supports one another.
No two days are exactly the same. You’ll tackle new challenges, connect with different customers, and continuously build skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
No travel experience? No problem!
If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy helping people, and are passionate about creating positive customer experiences, we’ll provide the training to help you succeed.
