Job Title: Grader – Sorting

Shifts Available: Days and Afternoons and must be available for overtime (evenings and weekends)

Location: Burlington, Ontario – Sutton Dr. and Clay Ave.

Rate of Pay: $17.60/hour

Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire

We are seeking a Production Associate for a produce packaging and distribution company in Burlington. This role requires candidates lift 50lbs through the shift and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure raw products meet established quality standards before packaging.
• Inspect and grade products according to company quality specifications.
• Verify that products are packaged accurately and in compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain consistent product quality by identifying and removing items that do not meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to support efficient production and quality control processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and repetitively lifting 50lbs
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Must be available for overtime as needed
• Must have great English communication skills
• CSA approved safety shoes required
• Candidates must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
