About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
  • Support front desk operations and greet clients when required
  • Ensure office organization and assist with general office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable and punctual

Work Schedule

  • Shift Times are 9AM-6PM ADT
  • Flexible Hours, potential up to 30 per week
