Job Title: Maintenance Residential

Location: Saint John, New Brunswick

Shift: 8 :00am – 4 :00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $20.00/ hr – $2 3 .00/ hr

Job Information:

We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with crack fi l ling and general property or roadway maintenance, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform crack filling and drywall repair
• Operate and maintain crack sealing equipment and related tools
• Complete general maintenance and labour duties as assigned
• Prepare surfaces for repair and ensure quality workmanship
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with additional maintenance projects and site cleanup as required
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:

• Previous crack filling experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Responsible, professional, punctual and reliable
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for extended periods
• Strict adherence to health and safety practices
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime when required
