Job overview As a Learning Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Organizational Learning team, acting as a trusted learning consultant supporting aircraft build programs. You’ll collaborate with leaders across all levels—from frontline supervisors to senior executives—to identify and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, the ability to influence across the organization, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What are your contributions to the team?

Execute comprehensive learning strategies and training plans, including structured on-the-job training (SOJT), e-learning, and instructor-led sessions

Ensure adherence to competency compliance requirements and standards

Act as a learning consultant to Program Directors by identifying needs, managing training budgets, implementing innovative solutions, and reporting on outcomes

Partner with HR to support organizational changes (e.g., hiring, restructuring, employee transitions) by developing targeted learning and skill transfer solutions

Develop and execute change management plans to support skill adoption.

Conduct skills gap analyses within operations and recommend tailored individual and team development plans

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including Production, Engineering, HR, and Union representatives and collaborate to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Influence and advise leaders to enhance employee capability, performance, and workforce versatility

Maintain high standards of data integrity and perform learning-related data analysis

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the learning function, including policies, processes, and special projects

Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges through learning solutions

How to thrive in this role?

You have a bachelor degree in Adult Education or a related field

You have a between three (3) to five (5) years of experience in adult learning, plus at least 1 year in a unionized manufacturing environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven ability to integrate project management and change management practices

Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

Adaptability and ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Outlook and Learning Management Systems

Experience in organizational development is considered an asset The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $56,500 to CAD $88,800 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
