Job Position: Red Seal Electrician

Location: Moncton, NB

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Wage: $28-$35/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician who is ready to take on a leadership role as an Electrical Foreman. The successful candidate will oversee electrical projects from start to finish, lead crews on-site, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other trades.
• Mentor apprentices and support their technical development.
• Complete job documentation, daily reports, and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification (required).
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead is considered a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
