Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Location: Baie-Sainte-Anne, NB

Job Type: Full-Time

Wage: $40-$45/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 2pm-10pm, weekends as needed

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and industrial equipment while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Install and maintain motors, controls, PLCs, sensors, and related equipment
• Perform electrical testing and inspections
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes
• Work with maintenance, operations, and other trades to resolve equipment issues
• Participate in planned shutdowns and occasional overtime as required

Qualifications

• Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification or equivalent provincial certification
• Previous industrial electrical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Knowledge of industrial controls, motors, and automation systems
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
