Pay Rate: $17.60/hour

Shift: Day Shift

• Monday to Saturday, Saturday Availability required.
• Approximately 8-10 hour shifts.
• ~40-50 hours per week.

About the Role

Our client is a growing agricultural operation specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of premium mushrooms for commercial distribution. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their team in a fast-paced, physically active production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest mushrooms and assist with general crop maintenance
• Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
• Follow all food safety, quality control, and health & safety procedures
• Perform additional general labour and production duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Valid G or G2 class license and own personal vehicle REQUIRED – the site is not accessible via public transit.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a steady pace
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical tasks
• Ability to safely lift and move materials
• Comfortable working in a humid agricultural/production environment with varying temperatures including cold temperatures.
• Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts, with occasional Saturdays as required
