Title : General Labour – Fabric Technician

Location: Aberfoyle, ON

Wage: $20.96/hr + $1 shift premium (Afternoon/Night)

Shift: Afternoons 3?PM-11?PM | Nights 11?PM-7?AM (Monday – Friday, OT usually available)

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking Fabric Technicians to join a clean, bright, and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. This role involves fusing and heat-sealing fabrics with accuracy and attention to detail while working to meet quality standards and production targets.

This is a hands-on, physical position that requires frequent bending, lifting, and stooping throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable standing for extended periods, handling materials safely, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description

• Read and interpret fabric drawings

• Fuse large fabric pieces together using heat sealing equipment

• Work collaboratively in a small team environment

• Stand, bend, squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically active tasks including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting

• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately

• Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace

• No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
