Under the supervision of the Associate Registrar-Systems, the Functional Analyst will maintain effective and efficient operation of the Registrar’s Office information systems, while seeking new and creative ways to automate processes and procedures, with the ultimate goal of delivering new and improved services. The Functional Analyst works as part of a team to provide day-to-day maintenance and support of all information systems relating to the department. The Systems Team is responsible for the student information system, exporting and importing data to various related internal and external systems, exam/timetable scheduling, maintenance and expansion of web-based services and web pages, production of the academic timetable and final exam schedule, ad-hoc reporting, and production of the University Calendar as it relates to the Registrar’s Office.
