As a Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Sunridge, you’ll lead a high-performing team in delivering our hospitality and food quality goals each day while setting the example for others to follow. REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office and POS systems
- Must be eligible to work in the Canada
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
- Able to provide clear, respectful, and constructive instructions and feedback to team members
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Strong inteInterpersonal skills and a passion for building positive relationships with both guests and team members
- Comfortable documenting team performance issues or shift notes in written form when required
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable resolving guest concerns and supporting a welcoming environment under pressure
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in food service or hospitality
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant (preferred)
