Forklift Operator – Cross Dock

Job Title:Dock Worker- Transportation

Location: Cambridge, ON

Shift/Hours: 10:30 pm (Tuesday to Saturday)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking full-time Dock Personnel with forklift experience for a busy transportation company. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and possess strong leadership abilities to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Description

• Use of counterbalance forklift
• Load and off load freight at a steady pace. Ensure weight distribution
• Monitor and record damages and record quantities
• Skid product, weigh and cube freight

Requirements

• Forklift certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Willing to step into a leadership role
