Forklift Operator – Cross dock

Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator – Cross Dock

Location: Vaughan, ON

Shift/Hours:Monday to Friday

Straight Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm | 3 pm, 5 or 8 pm start | 12 am – 8 am

Pay Rate:$20.00 – 22.00/hr.

We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry, located in the Vaughan (Highway 50) area.

This position offers an opportunity to join a fast-paced cross-dock operation where the successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving freight safely and efficiently, and supporting general warehouse activities. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to maintaining operational excellence.

Job Duties:

• Safety operates Counterbalance at a steady pace
• Load, offload trailers and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse
• Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume (Length × Width × Height)
• Assist within the warehouse as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year counter balance experience
• Cross dock experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of WMS
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation as the company is not on a bus route
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
