Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)

Available Shift: 5:00am – 1:30pm, Monday – Friday

Location: Burlington, ON (Appleby Line and Mainway)

Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Type: Temporary to permanent

Start Date: Immediately

We’re hiring skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Burlington. This is an immediate opening for candidates who are confident communicators and perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport and stack pallets
• Load and unload freight from trailers
• Use an RF scanner for order picking and inventory tasks
• Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Take on additional tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recent, hands-on forklift experience
• A valid forklift certification (in-house or third-party)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Familiarity with RF scanning systems is an asset
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
