– Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
– Drive operational consistency through clear routines, coaching, and follow-up.
– Deliver an inspiring and seamless customer experience across all food areas.
– Monitor and act on key business KPIs, including sales, waste, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
– Ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and effective stock management.
– Partner with store leaders to support overall store performance and customer experience.
– Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
– Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment for co-workers.
