The Director of Human Resources (HR) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Reporting to the Vice President People & Corporate Services this role oversees HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR systems strategy and optimization across enterprise platforms, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, program development, compliance, and organizational development.
