If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

As a Deal Desk Manager your key area of responsibility will be managing a queue of deal desk requests, applying established pricing frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring deals to resolution. You will need to work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, high-level critical and logical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset with a keen sense of priorities.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage, prioritize, review, and approve; requests for non-standard pricing, multiple reseller RFP requests requiring custom pricing strategies, and reseller credit requests and terms proposed in agreements or pricing amendments.
  • Manage and administer commercial pricing in DealHub CPQ, ensuring quoting workflows and approval processes reflect current pricing strategy.
  • Participate in meetings with Sales, Resellers, and customers to finalize pricing agreements and amendments.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure deal structures are operationally executable and compliant with commercial policies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for deal desk processes, providing guidance for complex pricing cases.
  • Engage in team development through coaching, feedback, and identifying training opportunities.
  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5-8 years experience in a deal desk, commercial pricing, or similar role in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess pricing risk and make well-judged decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CPQ or deal management platforms; DealHub experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset, has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
  • A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical competence using Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
