Completion of Interprovincial Journeyman’s papers is required.

Please Note:If there is no suitable candidate with the required qualifications, the employer is prepared to consider interested applicants who have successful completion of Block 1 of the Commercial Cooking Program or a commercial cooking course approved by NLHS. Other levels of education and experience may be considered in the event there are no qualified applicants. These applicants will be paid at the rate of a Cook I until such time that they obtain their Red Seal.
