Routes: Mostly Local Deliveries | Occasional Overnight Trips

Pay Rate: $27/hr

We are currently recruiting a dependable and experienced Class 1 Driver to support a busy transportation and delivery operation. This role offers primarily local deliveries with occasional overnight trips, providing a great balance for drivers looking for consistent work with some route variety.

The successful candidate will operate both tractor trailers and straight trucks while supporting safe and efficient deliveries throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduled local deliveries safely and efficiently
• Operate both tractor trailers and straight trucks
• Load, unload, and secure materials as required
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Follow all transportation safety regulations and company procedures
• Provide professional service during pickups and deliveries

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License, with at least 2 years’ experience in Canada
• Clean driver’s abstract and strong safety record
• Experience operating tractor trailers and straight trucks
• Comfortable with occasional overnight trips
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Hydraulic boom experience is considered a strong asset
