Reports To: Director, Customer Service & Accounts Receivable

Employment Status: Full time, 40 hours per week

In this role, you’ll support our Customer Care and Accounts Receivable teams by providing analysis that helps leaders understand performance and anticipate future business needs. You’ll work across teams to evaluate trends, support planning activities, and recommend improvements that contribute to operational effectiveness and business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst, you’ll help the business better understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You will:

  • Monitor and analyze key operational, customer service, and Accounts Receivable metrics.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Present findings in a clear way to help teams prioritize actions and achieve results.
  • Support forecasting, workforce planning, and sales performance tracking.
  • Partner with leaders to evaluate challenges, answer business questions, and recommend solutions.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and support business goals.

  • Communicate clearly and can adjust information to different audiences.
  • Have a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Three or more years of experience in an analytical, financial, operational, or business support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience working with performance metrics, forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to team and organizational success.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a customer service, collections, call centre, or telecommunications environment is considered an asset.
