Title: AZ City Driver

Location : Mississauga, ON

Shift: as required (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $ 24.00 – 30.00 /hr.

This City P&D opportunity is ideal for Drivers who have weekday availability and are open to working on an as-needed basis. Simply let us know the days you are available, and we will advise you of any routes that may require coverage.

This role is primarily to support leave-of-absence coverage and may involve transporting goods throughout the GTA, loading and unloading as required, and ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally, and on time.

Job Description

• Operate company vehicles (53′ single or tandem axle) safely and deliver /pick up goods according to schedule
• Routes as scheduled within the GTA
• Required lifting/moving up to 50 lb . boxes using hand cart and automated tailgate
• Use of handheld device and adhere to company safety standards

Requirements

• Abstract and CVOR clean and dated within 30 days
• Valid AZ/ Class 1 license with 2 years driving experience
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs . and operate delivery equipment
• Flexible availability for required shifts
• Road test will be required
• Manual transmission is an asset but not a requirement
