Role Overview & Summary

Responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Amazon Connect capabilities, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, integrations, and agent experiences while actively supporting migration, testing, and production deployment activities.

Core Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement core Amazon Connect capabilities.

Set up and optimize contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and agent experiences.

Build and manage technical integrations within the contact center platform.

Support migration execution, testing scenarios, and production deployment activities.

Must Have Skills:

Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Amazon Connect.

Strong proficiency in designing contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.

Experience supporting cloud migrations, system testing, and production deployments.
