Job Title: Anodizing Line Operator (Metal Surfacing)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour to start

Location: Burlington, Ontario – North Service Rd and Sutton Drive

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are hiring a Line Operator for a company in Burlington that specializes in hard coat anodizing and surfacing of automotive metal parts. This is a long-term opportunity with a fast-paced facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment lifting 50+lbs often.

Job Description:

• Follow work order to correctly run parameters to reach desired finish of coating
• Monitor all anodizing tanks to ensure proper solution levels
• Ensure all rinse tanks are clean and overflowing
• Load and unload fixture/wash baskets
• Ensure any water on the floor area of the line is promptly removed
• Complete quality assurance inspections
• Lifting 50-60lbs consistently throughout your shift
• Other labour tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of long-term experience in a similar manufacturing/automotive line operating role
• Comfortable lifting 50-60lbs repetitively
• CSA Safety Shoes Required
• Must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
• Candidate must have own vehicle or reliable transportation as this facility is not transit accessible after 7pm
