The Client Service Associate contributes to the overall success of the Client Administrative Services Regional team, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

- College diploma or university degree in business, commerce or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of the financial services industry and rules regarding Estates, Trusts, RESPs, RRSPs/RRIFs, TFSAs, Mutual Funds and other investment products
- Approval as an Investment Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of CRM2
