As our Architectural Walls division continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Account Manager to expand our presence throughout the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organization and work with architects, designers, contractors, and business leaders on dynamic commercial projects.

 

The Opportunity

The Account Manager – Architectural Walls is responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term client relationships throughout Atlantic Canada. This consultative sales role focuses on promoting modular and demountable architectural wall systems within commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, and government environments.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, architectural products, building materials, commercial furniture, or contract interiors. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with architectural drawings, project specifications, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities across Atlantic Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, developers, project managers, and end-user clients.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while achieving territory sales objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, fostering long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Technical Sales & Project Support

  • Deliver presentations and consultations on architectural wall systems, including acoustics, glazing options, and design applications.
  • Review architectural drawings, project specifications, and construction documents to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal estimating, design, and project management teams to develop accurate quotations and project scopes.
  • Manage opportunities from initial concept through project award, installation, and closeout.
  • Support successful project execution by maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

 Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer and project information within CRM systems.
  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, commercial construction activity, and workplace design developments.
