As an ERP Implementation Analyst, you’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle—helping clients streamline processes, gain clarity from their data, and unlock the real value of their systems.

What You’ll Do
Lead ERP Implementations End-to-End
- Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations—from discovery and design through go‑live and post‑implementation support
- Develop and manage implementation plans, schedules, and status reporting for both internal leadership and customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional Contego teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget
Understand Businesses and Design Smart Solutions
- Lead business process mapping and needs analysis sessions to fully understand customer workflows and requirements
- Translate business needs into system configurations, data structures, and automation
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes—not just replicate them
Configure, Customize, and Test Acumatica and/or Business Central
- Configure system preferences, security roles, chart of accounts, data classes, and business rules
- Configure approvals, business events, notifications, and system automations
- Define and document custom configuration needs and work with Contego’s development team to deliver them
- Manage master and transactional data imports
- Build reports and inquiries, including GI’s, standard reports, and ARM financial reports
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations
Enable and Support Users
- Deliver training to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts, and end users
- Provide go‑live support and ongoing post‑implementation assistance
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the engagement
Support Pre‑Sales Efforts (as needed)
- Deliver concise, value-focused software demonstrations to prospective and existing customers
- Quickly understand high-level business needs and tailor demos to showcase Acumatica’s strengths
- Support project scoping, estimates, and quotes when required
What You Bring
Required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- ERP implementation experience (Acumatica and/or D365 Business Central preferred; experience with Dynamics GP/SL or similar considered)
- Solid understanding of financial transactions and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to challenge the status quo
Nice to Have
- Acumatica or Business Central certifications (or willingness to complete certifications)
- Reporting and analytics experience (Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc.)
- Project management experience
- Accounting background or designation
- Software development or technical customization experience
