We handle the contracts, payroll, and compliance, while you manage the day-to-day work.

HeroForce acts as the legal Employer of Record. This means we take on the legal responsibility and administrative burden of employment, allowing you to scale your team without the complexity of setting up new entities or managing fragmented local payroll systems.

Absolutely. We actively provide Humi by Employment Hero, a solution purpose-built for Québec businesses. It’s fully compliant with Québec payroll legislation and offers complete French language support. As our main Employment Hero platform rolls out across English Canada, Humi by Employment Hero remains our dedicated, best-in-class solution for Québec.

Yes. We are one global team, but your support remains local. We have retained Humi’s dedicated Canadian support and payroll experts. You will continue to speak with specialists who understand Canadian legislation, tax forms, and labour laws – from British Columbia to Newfoundland.

For Employment OS customers in Canada, HR account data is stored in secure AWS servers in both Australia and Canada, while payroll data remains stored in Canada. For Humi by Employment Hero customers in Canada, all platform data is stored in secure AWS servers located in Canada. Both platform are fully compliant with PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws.
