QA Tester

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for recent graduates or those with internship experience in quality assurance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project specifications and provide feedback.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
