By serving as an anonymous and confidential lifeline for mental health and substance misuse challenges, WEconnect directly impacts employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

The app focuses on three crucial areas of recovery, mental health, and substance misuse support: community, accountability, and rewards. It offers connection through 6+ live online support meetings offered daily. It also provides discreet, unlimited 1-on-1 support from certified Peer Support specialists.

Peers can help create a customized wellness plan to help members reach their health goals. They’re available via in-app messenger, phone, or video chat to help members work through obstacles or offer encouragement.
