December Promotion: Terms & Conditions
About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, us, we).
- All new Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following offers:
- Price Match: If you are moving from a listed competitor, we will match your current subscription price.
- 10% Discount: If you provide a valid written quote from a listed competitor, we will beat that quote by 10%.
- Bonus Offer: You will receive an additional 2 months free if you sign a Customer Agreement with us by 19 December 2025.

Eligible Participants may apply the benefits of the Promotion across multiple Employment Hero products and services.
- The Promotion will begin on 1 December 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 31 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
- The Promotion is open to all new customers that sign up to an Employment Hero product or service during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant). This means, you must not be a current Employment Hero customer, have any existing Employment Hero subscriptions or have been an Employment Hero or Humi customer in the last 12 months.
How to qualify for the Promotion?
- To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- be an Eligible Participant;
- sign a new Customer Agreement with Employment Hero for the relevant Employment Hero HR and/or Payroll plans (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term, during the Promotion Period; and
- be a registered business in Canada.
- To qualify for the Price Match or 10% Discount, you must also provide us with a competitor’s quote and it must:
- be from a company that we reasonably consider to be a director competitor in the Canadian HR and payroll market;
- be in writing and dated within the last 30 day; and
- be submitted to our sales team before you sign a Customer Agreement with us.
- To qualify for the Bonus Offer, you must sign a Customer Agreement with us by 19 December 2025.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
- You will be eligible to redeem your discounts available under the Promotion by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these Terms and Conditions. Your discounted pricing and bonus months will apply from the date of signing the Customer Agreement and will be reflected in that agreement.
Restrictions
- The Price Match and 10% Discount offer applies only to Employment Hero products or services that are reasonably comparable in scope, features, and functionality to those offered by the competing provider. Employment Hero reserves the right to determine whether a competitor’s quoted product or service is comparable for the purposes of this Promotion.
- The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
- Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
- Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
- Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
- Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. (See pricing page at https://employmenthero.com/pricing/ for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
- Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products or cash.
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
- Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
